Charities:

If you are a registered charity and have animals needing physiotherapy please get in contact, we are happy to discuss pricing.

Travel Charges:

Our current service area covers London.

Please note certain postcodes in Greater London may incur a small travel charge. This will discussed when an enquiry is made.

While our usual service area is London we can travel anywhere within the UK, services outside London however will incur a travel charge and if it requires a day blocked out or an overnight stay extra costs and expenses may apply, so please get in contact via our contact form or email with as much information as possible and we can get a quote sorted out.

We are covered by most pet insurance companies, so please do get in contact with us to learn more about how to claim for veterinary physiotherapy through your insurer.

Packages:

Packages can only be booked once an initial consultation has taken place.

After an initial consultation we will be better able to give an estimate of how many sessions we believe your animal may need and then you can make a decision as to whether a package may be more worthwhile for you.

Please note as healing times can all vary, progress in each animal can vary. So even though we can give an estimate, it is only an estimate, healing is often not a linear process and so your animal may need more or fewer sessions than originally suggested.

Packages are particularly worthwhile for animals that have recently undergone surgery or experienced an injury, as they will likely need weekly or twice weekly sessions (if not more in complex cases such as neurological disorders).

The sooner sessions start after surgery or an injury the better.

A package may also be worthwhile for animal’s who will have to undergo planned surgery in the future (for example a hip replacement) for them to have weekly or twice weekly sessions. This is to make them more comfortable in the meantime and to build up musculoskeletal supporting strength before surgery.

Often the best outcomes for planned surgeries are when patients have had veterinary physiotherapy pre and post surgery.
